Rekreation Games ships only to the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska) and utilizes UPS, UPS Surepost, USPS, and FedEx shipping services.
Our shipping price for purchases under $99 is a flat rate of $7.99, with FREE shipping for orders exceeding $99 (before tax). Shipping costs are added at checkout.
Rekreation Games is not responsible for lost or stolen items. For lost items we will work with the shipper to get the items replaced at no cost to you; if the item cannot be replaced a refund will be given.
Rekreation Games may occasionally list products for sale that are in-stock at a distributor. In these cases, please expect a 3 - 5 business day delay as the games are shipped to Rekreation Games and then re-shipped to you. Customers purchasing locally for in-store pick-up will be notified via e-mail when the item is ready for pick-up.
Please note: Shipping address cannot be a PO Box. Rekreation Games currently does not ship outside of the continental United States, and does not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
Rekreation Games also offers free in-store local pickup for customers who happen to be in the Phoenix area.
We happily accept returns of unopened, sealed merchandise. Returns must be initiated by contacting Rekreation Games either by phone or email within 14 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Upon receipt of return, Rekreation Games will issue a refund for the total paid for the returned items. PLEASE NOTE: most items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Rekreation Games, at its own discretion, may waive the restocking fee.
Please note that in the case that a package is returned to Rekreation Games because of insufficient address (or of the like), you will have to pay the actual shipping cost (instead of any discounted rate) to have the order shipped a second time (even if the order qualified for free shipping the first time). If this results in the cancellation of an order then there will be a 20% restocking fee. If there are fees for Rekreation Games to accept the package back because of insufficient address or refusal of package, then the customer is also responsible for paying those fees as well.
